Lorena Palacios, the passionate founder and director of PFC, has an extensive history in the sport of soccer. Her journey began with playing for Bonneville High School and participating in the Latin Sunday soccer league in her community. She was also a part of a traveling team, Extreme. Before establishing Palacios Futbol Club, she participated in coed and adult leagues for several seasons.
In December 2022, she attended the Women's Soccer National Congress and is currently engaged in the Minaf Johan Cruyff education in sports management program. Lorena is committed to continual learning and development to enhance the club structure and provide the best and most competitive experience for the club athletes.
In addition to being the club director, Lorena has embraced coaching. She has earned her grassroots certification and is working towards obtaining her D license certification under US Soccer Coaching and Education. With over six years of experience nurturing youth, she is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of soccer talent. Lorena is the current coach for the PFC Elite 2013/14 girls team.
Away from the soccer field, Lorena works as a legal assistant. She enjoys hitting the gym, spending quality time with her family, and has a love for traveling and trying new cuisines.
Through PFC, Lorena is eager to share her passion for soccer with young enthusiasts, guiding them to hone their skills while fostering a sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship.

Hector Palacios, a dedicated soccer enthusiast and experienced coach. Hector's journey with soccer started at an early age when he began playing in the Liga Latina at just 15 years old. He was a key player for Las Chivas, a team that held the championship title for 10 consecutive years in both indoor and outdoor leagues.
Recognized for his talent, Hector joined Lobos FC, traveling out of state to compete at a higher level. He also played for the Dragons in Rexburg, ID. In 2007, Hector shifted his focus to coaching and joined Ali Siahpush's staff at Bonneville High School. During his tenure from 2007-2012, he contributed to two district championships.
In 2017, Hector began coaching independently, focusing on youth development. By 2019, he became the first coach for PFC Academy, working diligently with the 2011 and 2010 competitive teams. He has completed his grassroots certifications, earned his E license, and is currently working towards a C license.
Starting in August 2023, Hector will take on the role of Technical Director at PFC. In this position, he will work closely with PFC coaches and players, guiding them towards a unified goal. Hector is currently the coach for the PFC Elite 2011 and 2010 Boys team.
Away from the soccer field, Hector serves as the Plant Manager for Walker Produce. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, visiting relatives in Mexico, and naturally, watching soccer. Through his dedication to the sport, Hector continues to nurture young talent and share his love for soccer.

Oscar Palacios, a dedicated soccer enthusiast and experienced coach, has lived and breathed the sport from an early age. Born into a family where soccer was more than just a game, Oscar played for Bonneville High School until his graduation in 2009 and was a part of the state championship team in 2007.

Oscar Palacios, a dedicated soccer enthusiast and experienced coach, has lived and breathed the sport from an early age. Born into a family where soccer was more than just a game, Oscar played for Bonneville High School until his graduation in 2009 and was a part of the state championship team in 2007.
His talent did not go unnoticed, as he was offered a scholarship to play for Ohio University. Choosing to stay local instead, Oscar played for team Chivas in the Liga Latina for a few years before moving on to other teams.
In 2019, Oscar began his coaching journey with PFC Academy as a Peewees coach. He then took over as the 2013/14 boys coach. Under Oscar's guidance, his team has reached the most competitive level, and he continues to lead the PFC Elite 2013/14 team, which is now recognized as one of the most competitive teams in the state. In addition, he is also the head coach of PFC Elite 2015 boys.
Oscar is currently pursuing his C license, further showcasing his dedication to continual learning and development in the sport.
Away from the soccer field, Oscar enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing FIFA, hanging out with friends, and naturally, watching and playing soccer. Through his various roles, Oscar continues to make a significant impact on the soccer community.

Mario Palacios, a devoted soccer enthusiast and experienced coach. Mario's journey with soccer started at an early age when he began playing in the Liga Latina at just 16 years old. He was a key player for Las Chivas, a team that held the championship title for 10 consecutive years in both indoor and outdoor leagues.
Mario was part of Lobos FC for two years and then moved on to play for Dragones in Rexburg, ID. In 2017, Mario shifted his focus to refereeing and became a certified high school referee. This role lasted until 2019 when he began his coaching career at PFC.
Mario has completed his grassroots certifications and is currently pursuing his C license. In December 2022, he attended the Women's Soccer National Congress, further showcasing his commitment to the sport. In August 2022, Mario accepted the role of Director of Sports Equipment for Palacios Futbol Club, contributing his expertise to the management of the club.
Mario is currently the coach for the PFC Premier 2006/07 Boys team. His passion for soccer extends beyond playing and coaching; it is an integral part of his life. Through his various roles, Mario continues to make a significant impact on the soccer community.

As the owners of the soccer club, they have the primary responsibility for the overall management and strategic direction of the club. Their combined expertise and passion for soccer are instrumental in driving the club's success.
While each owner plays a crucial role in the management of PFC, one of them may also assume the role of President or Chairman of the club. This position involves leading the overall operations, setting the club's vision and direction, and representing the club in external affairs. The President or Chairman ensures that the club stays true to its mission and values while maintaining a strong focus on the development of its players and teams.
In addition to their ownership responsibilities, the members of the leadership team may hold other positions within the club to contribute to its success. These roles could include coaching, scouting, marketing, or administrative duties. By taking on various roles, the leadership team can provide hands-on support and guidance to different aspects of the club, ensuring its continued growth and success.
