At  Palacios Futbol Club, we are committed to fostering an environment that  emphasizes key values and principles for all players. Participation is  voluntary and should stem from personal desire, not external pressure.  Players are expected to adhere to the rules of soccer and uphold the  spirit of the game through respect for all individuals involved,  including team members, officials, opponents, and spectators.

Sportsmanship  is paramount, requiring players to avoid violent behavior, foul  language, and offensive gestures. Embracing team spirit, players are  encouraged to contribute positively to the team environment, focusing on  fun, skill improvement, and camaraderie over simply winning.

Training  sessions are critical and should be prioritized equally with games.  Players must notify coaches of any absences in advance and arrive on  time, ready to participate fully without distractions from electronic  devices. Captains have designated roles in communicating with referees,  and misconduct may result in disciplinary actions, including game  removal.

Proper  attire is essential, with players required to care for their kits, wear  appropriate gear, and respect FIFA regulations regarding jewelry.  Modifications to any kits are prohibited.

Any  violation of this code may lead to actions such as communication with  the club, reduced playing time, suspension, or team removal.
