By working together, we can maintain a supportive atmosphere where our young soccer players can develop their skills, build confidence, and foster a love for the game.

At Palacios Futbol Club, we believe in creating a positive and supportive environment for everyone involved. To ensure the best possible experience for our players, parents, and coaches, we have established a code of conduct that outlines the expectations and responsibilities for all parties.

At PFC, we strive to create a positive and respectful  environment for all participants. We would like to reinforce our  expectations for parents' conduct during games, training sessions, and  tournaments. 

As representatives of our club, PFC will not tolerate the following behaviors from parents/players at any events:

• Referee abuse
• Player abuse
• Opponent family abuse
• Club staff abuse

If any incident is brought to our attention, we will follow these steps:

Immediate Contact:

• An immediate contact will be made to address the issue.

In-Person Meeting:

• A second in-person meeting will be arranged to discuss the behavior.

Parent/Player Expulsion:

• The parent/player may be expelled from attending games.

PFC will evaluate each case individually and determine the  appropriate action consequences. 

Additionally, PFC reserves the right to  release an athlete or a family from the club as an immediate action  consequence and for the safety of its club integrity, with full year payment required upon player release.

Our goal is to ensure a supportive and respectful atmosphere for everyone involved in our club.

At PFC, we prioritize the integrity of our club and players.  We remind parents to discuss the seriousness of bullying with their athletes. Bullying, whether inside or outside our club, is unacceptable. To maintain a respectful environment, we will enforce the following  actions for the upcoming seasons:

First Reported Incident:

• A meeting will be arranged with the parents and the player involved to address the issue.

Second Reported Incident:

• The player will be expelled from practice sessions and will be required to issue an apology.
• Additionally, the player will face expulsion from one game or tournament as a consequence of their actions.

Third Reported Incident:

• The player will be automatically expelled from training, games, and tournaments for a term of 6 months.(Monthly payment will continue)

PFC will evaluate each case individually and may consider a final  player release from the club. A full year payment of athlete expenses will be requested upon release.

Our goal is to foster good, humble sportsmanship in our athletes, ensuring a bright future for all.

2. Treat all players, parents, opponents, and officials with respect and dignity.
3. Provide a positive and supportive learning environment for players.
4. Teach and model good sportsmanship, fair play, and respect for the game.
5. Communicate openly and honestly with players and parents about expectations, progress, and any concerns.
6. Continuously strive for personal growth and development as a coach.
7. Adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by the club and governing soccer organizations.
