Requesting a guest player from Palacios Futbol Club (PFC) for participation in a tournament involves a process that must be followed meticulously. It's important to note that the request must originate from club to club and PFC will review playing forms that must be received within a standard time. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Complete the Guest Player Form: This form should be filled out with all pertinent tournament information.
    
2. Submit the Form to the PFC Registrar: Once the form is complete, it should be emailed to the PFC registrar at registrar@palaciosfutbolclub.com.
    
3. Registrar's Review and Confirmation: The PFC registrar will then review the submitted form, verify the information and evaluate any potential conflicts or concerns.
    
4. Receive the Guest Player Card: Along with the signed form, the registrar will also provide the guest player's card upon approval.
    

By following these steps, you can ensure a smooth process for including guest players in your team. Please note that this process is subject to approval by the PFC coach/director.
