If a player is traveling without their parents, PFC requires a travel form to be submitted to the PFC registrar. This form serves to document travel permission and helps maintain a record of player travel arrangements. By ensuring that proper travel forms are submitted, PFC can uphold the safety and accountability of its players during travel.
